The use of network infrastructure allows to have an extra functionality which includes:
- telephone conversations from the kiosk,
- communication with mobile phones (through Bluetooth®),
- working with Internet communicators,
- change of language version,
- integration with a ticket dispenser which distributes tickets for the queuing customers.
Thanks to the system architecture it is possible:
- to adapt the solution to the user's needs and requirements,
- to provide the user with many channels which are used for information access,
- to have many people use the same information source at the same time,
- to have all communication channels available to all users,
- to provide every user with a communication channel which is the most suitable to him/her.
